RSM US LLP is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director within the Business Applications space. This role focuses on selling consulting services in Business Applications and Data Analytics, especially Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce.

You will lead the entire sales cycle, build pipelines, craft opportunity-specific strategies, and quarterback teams to close deals. You will collaborate with industry leaders, manage complex sales cycles, and drive growth through direct

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience selling business applications or related professional services solutions.
Ability to orchestrate a cross-disciplinary team of industry, functional, and technical experts.
Experience with middle-market companies defined as $20M–$1B in revenue.
CRM usage and sales process experience.

Responsibilities

Source and qualify opportunities with firms not yet served by the firm.
Execute the sales plan and coordinate internal/external resources to win the business.
Collaborate with Practice Leaders and Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to demonstrate core business applications.
Network with industry groups and Centers of Influence to grow opportunities.
Target key companies within industry teams and support cross-selling with existing clients.
