Job summary

Proven Recruiting in Dallas, TX is seeking a Director, NetSuite to lead NetSuite implementations across industries and guide transformative projects with executive presence. The role requires hands-on NetSuite experience and strong PM skills.

You will build financial forecasts in Excel, mentor teams, and manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This leadership position offers exposure to diverse engagements and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience, ideally at the Director level or as a very experienced Manager.
• Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience, including implementation work.
• Background in industry, public accounting, or a Business Transformation group is welcome.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building financial forecasts and statements.
• Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Aptitude and appetite for coaching and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation projects from start to finish for clients across industries.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within client NetSuite environments.
• Build advanced financial forecasting models and reporting using Excel.
• Coach and mentor team members throughout project engagements.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
