NetSuite is seeking a Sales Manager focused on SMB to lead inside and outside sales teams. You will drive revenue for Mid-Market and Corporate spaces, coaching reps to meet quotas and developing sales strategies across ERP/CRM solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of closing or management experience in SaaS/tech sales, a track record of top-producer performance, and strong pricing/negotiation skills to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing or sales management experience in SaaS/Tech sales.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM and pricing/contract negotiations.
• Top-producer track record with solid metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of outside Sales Representatives servicing Mid-Market and Corporate segments.
• Develop and manage the team to generate revenue and hit quotas.
• Recruit, train, and coach the team on sales strategy and NetSuite product knowledge.
• Monitor demand generation and sales activity and track results.
• Develop solution proposals addressing business applications.
