Job summary

AES is seeking a System Analyst for Customer Information Systems (CIS) within its US Utility Business. You will collaborate with internal partners to shape the CIS roadmap and drive integrations with other systems or channels.

Responsibilities include managing change and security processes under ITGC, designing technology solutions, and ensuring alignment with architecture and business goals, with on-call support for 24x7 operations.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in CS or related field.
• Must have 3+ years in a similar business analyst role at a large multinational.
• Experience with Customer Billing using SAP-ISU preferred.
• Experience in full lifecycle of custom software projects including design, development, testing, QA, support, maintenance.
• Strong ability to manage technical projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, understand and implement CIS Roadmap with business partners.
• Coordinate CIS integrations with other systems and channels.
• Ensure ITGC-compliant Change and Security Management processes.
• Lead design of technology solutions, including development and testing.
• Validate solutions against architectural standards and business goals.
• Provide 24x7 application support as needed.
