Job summary

Ping Identity in Denver, CO seeks a Business Analyst to advance core business systems and processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to elicit requirements, map processes, and translate them into epics and user stories.

The role focuses on customer journey initiatives across departments, driving outcomes, adoption, and operational efficiency, with emphasis on production readiness and change management. A 3+ year track record in BA and familiarity with SDLC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• “3+ years of Consulting, Customer Success, Customer Support, Professional Services, Operations, and/or Business experience managing business process change and technology implementation projects.”
• Experience in Business Analysis; familiarity with SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.
• Ability to distill meaningful information from ambiguous business descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and validate business requirements, processes, and solution design.
• Co-own Customer Journey initiatives with stakeholders across multiple domains.
• Lead discovery sessions to define Customer Journey use cases across departments.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and backlog artifacts.
