Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Customer Transformation program roadmap for omni-channel digital experiences (web, mobile, chatbot, alerts).
• Partner with leaders, SMEs, IT, service integration partners and vendors to define and validate business needs.
• Help design scalable, customer-centered solutions that improve digital engagement and operations.
• Support modernization efforts to improve customer experience, enable employees, and adopt new tools and ways of working.
• Provide strategic insight to leadership on innovative, reliable customer experiences.
