Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on large digitization programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and documentation.
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms and omni-channel projects is a plus.
• Comfortable working with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors to define needs.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools for requirements, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for customer-facing digital solutions.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project inputs.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify gaps and risks.
• Support workflow streamlining and standardization across digital capabilities.
• Assist with testing, UAT planning, defect tracking, and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate meetings, updates, and decisions.
