Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst in Florida to partner with business units, gather requirements, and map current and future processes. You will support Salesforce-related projects, document requirements, and facilitate workshops to drive value across IT initiatives.

Responsibilities include creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with SDLC and agile practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution evaluation, testing, and implementation activities.

About The Role

The Business Analyst will partner with Business Units to support technology projects that deliver business value and align with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting solution delivery.

Experience working with Salesforce CRM is required, including requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and supporting system enhancements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within an IT environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications
• ISEB Business Analyst certification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancement projects.
• must demonstrate hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
