Job Description

• Primary Skills: Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in CRM solutions and integrations. 10+ years in Salesforce CRM and 15+ years in IT industry with design, development, and implementation experience.
• Skills: Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Triggers, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Lightning Framework.
• Cloud Expertise: Hands‑on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud implementations.
• Integration: Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Mulesoft, AWS services, and ETL tools like Mattillion.
• Deployment & Tools: Experience with Copado, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Salesforce migration tools.
• Leadership: Ability to lead technical design, guide teams, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certified.
• Domain Knowledge: Telecom, Networking, Marketing, and Customer Service domains.
• Additional Skills: Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
