Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support IT infrastructure projects in the Pontiac area, focusing on ServiceNow integrations, Microsoft 365, network and server services. The role requires turning business needs into clear requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams on procurement and testing.

Hybrid work with two days on-site in Pontiac, MI; contract position for 12 months with W2 placement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in IT.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex).
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite.
• Solid data analytics experience.
• Self-starter with proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must live within commuting distance of Pontiac, Michigan, to work on-site two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Act as Business Systems Analyst on projects across networking, server, workstation, Microsoft 365, VoIP telecommunications and service center teams.
• Perform data analysis, design solutions and write technical requirements.
• Test and implement technology solutions, conduct research and create procedures to improve existing systems.
• Support ServiceNow integrations related to asset management, inventory management, CMDB discovery and collaboration tools.
• Provide training and support to users.
• Write Requests for Proposals and contract scopes of deliverables.
