Marathon TS is seeking a Business Analyst (ServiceNow) to join an Agile team supporting a variety of applications for our Client. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and help prioritize work.

You will develop requirements, test plans, participate in system testing and UAT, and collaborate with the application development team to ensure solutions meet business goals while maintaining delivery tempo in a fully remote environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years BA experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on an Agile team.
• Experience with Jira and user story creation.
• ServiceNow certification required.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical specifications.
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

Marathon TS is looking for a Business Analyst (ServiceNow) who is excited to grow with us on an Agile team supporting a variety of applications for our Client.

What You’ll Do

• Participates in the development of functional business requirements and helps users assess relative priorities for both business process and technology solutions.
• Understands business processes and priorities. Evaluates alternative business process and technology solutions and participates in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations.
• Develops business and system requirements, functional designs, process flows, and test plans.
• Conducts system testing and facilitates user acceptance testing.
• Works collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the business groups.
• Develops working knowledge of the client's industry and uses this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interfaces with the application development team to validates test results for new applications verifying that they meet the requirements of their business group.

Qualifications:

• Current Client EOD preferred/Ability to receive Client EOD Required.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of business analysis experience
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication experience.
• Ability to work in a high-speed delivery focused environment.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment and maintain delivery tempo.
• Experience working on an Agile team.
• Experience with Jira and user story creation.
• Possess a ServiceNow Certification
• Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications.
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

• Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
