Marathon TS is seeking a Business Analyst (ServiceNow) to join an Agile team supporting a variety of applications for our Client. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and help prioritize work.

You will develop requirements, test plans, participate in system testing and UAT, and collaborate with the application development team to ensure solutions meet business goals while maintaining delivery tempo in a fully remote environment.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years BA experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience on an Agile team.
Experience with Jira and user story creation.
ServiceNow certification required.
Ability to translate business processes into technical specifications.
Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
