The Life, Health, and Annuities Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to help support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across our division.
This role offers an opportunity to gain hands- on experience analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and helping implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and the overall client experience.
We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will communicate updates as they become available.

If you’re based at our Bloomington, IL corporate office, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work schedule - three days in the office and two days working remotely. For roles posted as remote, candidates who live more than 50 miles from Bloomington, IL may qualify for a fully remote arrangement.
