COUNTRY Financial invites interns to join our Corporate Finance team for hands-on budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis. You will learn about our insurance business, research competitors, and contribute to financial modeling and reporting projects under guidance from experienced leaders.
Ideal candidates are pursuing accounting or finance degrees, available late May–early August 2027, with a graduation date in 2027 or later, and an interest in FP&A and analysis paths.
This internship will work closely with the Financial Services and PC FP&A teams. They will help with budget, forecast and adhoc requests from our business partners. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a curious mindset and an interest in gaining knowledge and experience within the Finance field, modeling and analysis. This intern will be learning about COUNTRY's insurance business and researching our competitors to find insights into what our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks are. Financial modeling and corporate reporting would be helpful but not necessary background.
We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will communicate updates as they become available.
