Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Product Analyst Intern to support the National Auto Product Team by turning data into actionable reference materials that guide business decisions and improve collaboration.

You will deliver artifacts and documentation, analyze operations data, and organize complex information into reference documents and tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The internship runs May 2027 through August 2027, with potential part-time extension into fall 2027.

About the role

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights and organized resources? We are looking for a Product Analyst Intern to support the National Auto Product Team by transforming information into clear, actionable reference materials that drive business decisions and improve collaboration.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver measurable business value by developing business artifacts, reference guides, and documentation that strengthen decision-making and enhance communication across the National Auto Product Team and key business partners.
  • Compile, analyze and interpret data related to current operations to be used in future initiatives.
  • Organize complex information into user-friendly reference documents, process documentation, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business areas to identify opportunities for improving business processes, planning, and operational efficiency.
Application Timeline

We know waiting can be difficult, so we want to set expectations upfront. Our internship recruiting process takes place over several months. Applications open in mid-September and are reviewed as they are received. HR interviews are expected to begin in mid-October, followed by interviews with hiring leaders. Depending on the role and applicant volume, hiring decisions and offers may be made anytime from October through January. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and will communicate updates as they become available.

Do you have what we're looking for?
  • Pursuing a degree in business or insurance, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2027 to early August 2027.
  • The internship may be extended part-time through fall 2027 and spring 2028.
  • Graduation date of August 2027 or beyond.
  • Ability to be productive, with high degree of accuracy/attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Exercises analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity.

If you're based at our Bloomington, IL corporate office, you'll enjoy a hybrid work schedule - three days in the office and two days working remotely. For roles posted as remote, candidates who live more than 50 miles from Bloomington, IL may qualify for a fully remote arrangement.
