• Hands-on functional experience with CPQ or product configuration solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or a comparable CPQ platform.
• Understanding of product catalogs, pricing, discounts, promotions and approval workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional documentation and user stories.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise application workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Fincons is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), product configuration, pricing, and commercial business processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce CPQ or a similar CPQ/product configuration platform and be comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Support CPQ, product catalog, pricing, quoting, and promotional processes

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud experience
• Experience with platforms such as Conga CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, PROS, or similar solutions
• Experience with CRM, order management, billing, or quote-to-cash processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with BPM and workflow/process automation tools
