• Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of Salesforce-based Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Revenue Cloud solutions integrating with NetSuite, Workday, and eCommerce platforms.
  
• Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to build scalable CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), and Billing processes.
  
• Design and configure product models, pricing frameworks (tiered, ramp, volume), and approval workflows to support global sales and subscription operations.
  
• Develop data mappings, transformation rules, and integration flows for product, pricing, and order data between Salesforce, Conga CPQ/CLM, NetSuite, and Workday.
  
• Analyze master data models and lead data migration from legacy ERP and CRM systems into Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design APIs and middleware integrations via MuleSoft or Celigo, ensuring high data accuracy and process traceability.
