Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst/Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on functional experience with CPQ or product configuration solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or a comparable CPQ platform.
- Understanding of product catalogs, pricing, discounts, promotions and approval workflows.
- Experience gathering requirements and creating functional documentation and user stories.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise application workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Support CPQ, product catalog, pricing, quoting, and promotional processes.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define requirements for product configuration, pricing rules, discounts, promotions, and approval workflows.
- Partner with Salesforce, development, integration, and architecture teams.
- Support system integrations and data flows between CPQ/CRM and other enterprise applications.
- Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, implementation, and production support.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
