INFO ORIGIN is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract role in Pontiac, MI. The position supports Infrastructure Services, focusing on Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP, and Service Center teams in a hybrid work setting.

The candidate will elicit and analyze business needs, document requirements, and coordinate testing and implementation of technology solutions. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential for ensuring deliverables meet specifications.

Role: Business Analyst

• Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.
• Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, through interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing current business processes and systems.
• BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.
• BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.
