PPM Coachers is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote-friendly team. You will bridge business units and IT, gather and document requirements, and drive functional specifications in Retail projects, including ERP/POS integrations and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will work with international teams across time zones, supporting UAT and QA, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of BA experience are required; English is essential and Portuguese

Are you looking for a solid company in the areas of Project Management, Business Analysis and Agile Transformation? PPM Coachers, with 18 years of experience in the market, provides training, consulting and team reinforcement, supporting organizations in defining operating models, continuous improvement and agile transformation. PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Senior Business Analyst!

Задачи:

Act as the link between business areas and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and functional solutions. Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements, proactively interacting with stakeholders to obtain all the necessary information. Prepare high-quality functional documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), functional specifications, User Stories, process flows and supporting documentation. Support the definition of project scope, priorities, objectives and success criteria. Support and monitor functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements. Analyze APIs and integrations from a functional perspective, supporting the definition and validation of solutions. Ensure clear and effective communication between business areas and technical teams. Collaborate on international projects, working with teams distributed across different markets and time zones. Participate in the implementation and evolution of solutions in the Retail area, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and POS environments.

Требования:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Information Systems Management or similar fields. At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles. Experience in a Retail context. Experience with POS and/or ERP systems. Solid experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements. Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for the analysis and leading requirements gathering with stakeholders. Experience preparing functional documentation (BRD, functional specifications, User Stories, process flows, among others). Experience in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Knowledge of APIs and integrations from a functional perspective. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving orientation. A high sense of responsibility, autonomy, organization and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in English (C1/C2) and fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
