Job summary

Expleo Group seeks a senior Business Analyst to provide expert guidance across project phases and lead technical delivery within budget and schedule. You will map processes, gather and specify requirements, and run workshops to define detailed business, functional, and non‑functional specifications.

You will manage stakeholder expectations across locations, apply BA methodologies, and mentor team members while driving quality and continuous improvement in Facilities or Property Management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in senior‑level roles.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Teamwork and emotional intelligence.
• Good self-management – continuous performance is both a goal and a mindset.
• Has an innovative approach – a bold thinker and doer, matching creativity with vigilance.
• Proven experience leading workshops and managing stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies and application technologies, ideally in Facilities or Property Management.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve operational problems, ensuring project quality and supporting more junior colleagues.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience using project planning and control tools.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Bonus: Management qualification or relevant years of experience; Additional BA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Be a senior member on multiple phases of technical areas within a project and/or multiple small projects of moderate scope and complexity.
• Map full business processes and implement solutions for technological and process improvements.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and review existing ones to produce detailed business requirement specification documents.
• Run workshops using proven techniques to create detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure complete requirement coverage by supporting and guiding team contributions and communication.
• Apply standards and methodologies, and provide expertise on the use of methods and tools.
• Conduct needs analysis, task planning, process/data analysis and modelling, and/or logical database design with relational databases.
• Identify and assess risks to the success of the project.
• Agree on the project approach with stakeholders and prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk, and communications plans).
• Track activities against the project schedule and manage stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
• Support training and build competency within the practice.
