INTERACTIVE ONLINE TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team. You will gather, analyze and document requirements to craft effective IT solutions, and develop functional and technical documentation to ensure transparency across the project lifecycle.

In this role you will create user stories and use cases, update specifications, and collaborate with developers, QA, architects and product teams.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in System Analyst / Business Analyst roles.
• Strong skills in creating technical documentation and system specifications.
• Proficiency in process and system modeling: UML, BPMN, EPC, IDEF.
• Experience describing integration flows and client-server architectures.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, REST API, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and backend/frontend logic.

We are a product IT company with over 10 years of experience in product development. Now we are in search of an experienced Business Analyst who will be a liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The main task will be to gather, analyze and document requirements to create effective IT solutions. You will develop functional and technical documentation, provide process transparency on all development details.

• Будет плюсом: Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (would be a plus); Experience working as a Technical Writer (creating technical documentation, API specifications, etc.); Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria; Skills in conducting stakeholder interviews and creating prototypes (e.g., in Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
