Responsibilities

• Сбор и анализ требований бизнеса и регуляторных требований от стейкхолдеров.
• Перевод потребностей бизнеса в функциональные спецификации под Avaloq.
• Проводить анализ воздействия и разрыва при внедрении новых функций.
• Поддержка конфигураций в Avaloq и документации.
• Разработка тестовых сценариев и кейсов, FAT и регрессия.
• Поддержка UAT и внедрения новых функций пользователями.
• Анализ инцидентов и запросов поддержки, помощь в их решении.
• Ведущий семинары и обмен знаниями между бизнесом и техподдержкой.
• Координация между бизнес-стейкхолдерами, техкомандами и провайдером платформы.

• Gather, analyse, and challenge business and regulatory requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications aligned with the Avaloq platform
• Perform impact and gap analyses to integrate new functionalities into the platform
• Support configuration activities within the Avaloq platform
• Produce and maintain functional documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements to delivery
• Define test scenarios and test cases to validate delivered solutions
• Participate in Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and non-regression testing
• Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and adoption of new functionalities
• Analyse and help resolve incidents and support requests
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with business and technical teams
• Act as the point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and the platform provider

Требования

• Experience as a Business Analyst
• Functional knowledge of banking processes
• Knowledge of the Avaloq platform, including its functionalities and use
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and business stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Будет плюсом: Avaloq certification (e.g. ACCP)
• experience with Avaloq in a SaaS model
• experience with specific Avaloq modules (e.g. Reporting, Credit, or Payments)
• experience in private banking or wealth management
• experience with FAT, SIT, and UAT testing

• experience in regulated financial services environments
