Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 4 лет в роли бизнес-аналитика.
• Наличие сертификации ITIL Foundation, CBAP или эквивалентной.
• Опыт сбора и анализа функциональных и нефункциональных требований.
• Знание моделирования процессов BPMN и UML.
• Опыт картирования и оптимизации процессов с использованием BPM и Lean.
• Знание интеграции систем и REST/SOAP APIs.
• Знание CRM/ERP, особенно Salesforce.
• Знание GDPR и открытых данных.

At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst; ITIL Foundation, CBAP or equivalent certification; Experience gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements; Knowledge of process modeling with BPMN and UML; Experience mapping and optimizing processes using BPM and Lean; Knowledge of systems integration and REST/SOAP APIs; Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms, particularly Salesforce; Knowledge of GDPR and Open Data. Building close relationships and empathy with colleagues, clients and candidates (and not just with technologies, languages and platforms). Team spirit and a positive attitude; Wanting to do more and better. Willingness to exceed expectations and grow personally and professionally; Energy to make things happen.
