• Lead the transition and guide our client through a comprehensive Salesforce to MS Dynamics conversion, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of business requirements, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business rules and user stories to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
