The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience, Agile/Scrum exposure, and strong documentation skills to support deployments and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing, and deployments.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Define functional and technical solutions to business problems using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions.
• Confer with relevant personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality.
• Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders.
• Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, functions, or organizational changes.
