Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise in Pittsburgh, PA, to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in a full-time capacity.

You will gather requirements, map processes, create user stories and functional specs, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, reporting, and automation tools.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Certifications Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
• Familiarity with CRM implementations and data migration projects. Experience supporting Sales, Service, Marketing, or Customer Success organizations.

• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Translate needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and designs.
• Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce functionality, including workflows, reports, dashboards, objects, rules, and automation.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution reviews.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend technology solutions aligned with objectives.
• Support testing efforts (UAT, test planning, defect resolution) and monitor performance.
