Qualifications

• 14+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• At least two years as manufacturing site leader or higher.
• Lean expertise and continuous improvement programs.
• Ability to lead people and obtain results through others.

Responsibilities

• Profitably grow the business unit year over year by leveraging company technologies, systems, products and services.
• Establish premier customer service and lead by example.
• Lead strategy deployment for the business unit focusing on lean initiatives, safety, and product quality.
• Coordinate with safety, quality, supply chain, lean, sustaining engineering, and IT to implement strategic deployment.
• Drive safety, quality, cost, and lean initiatives across the operation to ensure execution.
• Develop a budget plan and manage the business unit within budget constraints.
• Represent the operation at division and group levels.
• Promote teamwork, talent development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
