Job Summary

As one of the frontline positions for the company, this role is integral to the company's success. The ideal candidate would be energetic, outgoing, people-oriented, with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer focus. The primary purpose of a Customer Service Associate is to interact directly with customers and deliver a fast, fun, and friendly experience while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Service: Greeting customers courteously, providing a pleasant dining experience, responding to inquiries promptly, handling complaints per company policies, developing product knowledge, and recommending products.
  2. Food Safety: Following sanitary practices, ensuring compliance with standards and policies, maintaining high-quality food prep and service, and upholding appearance standards.
  3. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating effectively with team members, assisting new staff, communicating concerns timely to management.
  4. Cash Handling: Operating POS systems accurately, maintaining cash drawer levels.
  5. Stock Control: Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, following FIFO, removing damaged stock, and minimizing loss.
  6. Security & Loss Prevention: Controlling store access, securing premises, and minimizing theft.
  7. Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas, including floors, walls, counters, and restrooms.
  8. Occupational Health & Safety: Performing duties safely, complying with safety policies, reporting unsafe conditions.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Physically capable of standing for long hours.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must pass background check.
