Job Summary

As one of the frontline positions for the company, this role is integral to the company's success. The ideal candidate would be energetic, outgoing, people-oriented, with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer focus. The primary purpose of a Customer Service Associate is to directly interact with customers, delivering a fast, fun, and friendly experience while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Greet customers courteously, provide a pleasant dining experience, respond to inquiries promptly, handle complaints according to policies, develop product knowledge, and recommend products.
  2. Food Safety: Follow sanitary practices, maintain cleanliness, ensure compliance with standards, and uphold quality of food preparation and service.
  3. Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with others, assist colleagues, communicate issues to management, and support a positive work environment.
  4. Cash Handling: Process sales accurately, maintain cash drawer levels, and operate POS equipment proficiently.
  5. Stock Control: Receive and stock merchandise, follow FIFO, remove damaged stock, and ensure proper portion control.
  6. Security & Loss Prevention: Control store contents, prevent theft, and secure premises during closing.
  7. Cleanliness: Maintain high cleanliness standards in all areas, including floors, walls, counters, and restrooms.
  8. Occupational Health & Safety: Perform duties safely, follow safety policies, report hazards, and minimize risks.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Physically capable of standing for long hours.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must pass background check.
