Job Summary

The primary purpose of a Customer Service Associate is to interact directly with customers and deliver a fast, fun, and friendly experience while ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers courteously, provide a pleasant dining experience, respond to inquiries promptly, handle complaints according to policies, develop product knowledge, and recommend products.
• Food Safety: Follow sanitary practices, maintain cleanliness, ensure compliance with standards, and uphold high-quality food preparation and service.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work cooperatively with team members, assist in training new associates, and communicate concerns to management.
• Cash Handling: Process sales accurately, maintain cash drawer levels, and operate POS equipment proficiently.
• Stock Control: Receive and stock merchandise, follow FIFO, maintain cleanliness, and manage damaged or expired stock appropriately.
• Security & Loss Prevention: Protect store contents, follow security procedures, and secure premises at closing.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness standards, including floors, walls, counters, and restrooms.
• Occupational Health & Safety: Perform duties safely, follow safety policies, and report unsafe conditions.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physically capable of standing for long hours.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must pass background check.
