Job Summary

As one of the frontline positions for the company, this role is integral to the company's success. The ideal candidate would be energetic, outgoing, people-oriented, with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer focus. The primary purpose of a Customer Service Associate is to interact directly with customers and deliver a fast, fun, and friendly experience while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Greet customers courteously, provide a pleasant dining experience, respond to inquiries promptly, handle complaints according to policies, develop product knowledge, and recommend products.
  2. Food Safety: Follow sanitary practices, ensure compliance with standards and policies, maintain high-quality food preparation and service, and uphold appearance standards.
  3. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, assist in training, communicate issues to management promptly.
  4. Cash Handling: Use POS equipment accurately, process sales efficiently, and maintain cash drawer levels.
  5. Stock Control: Receive and stock merchandise, lift up to 50 pounds safely, organize stock, remove damaged items, and follow FIFO system.
  6. Security & Loss Prevention: Control store security, prevent theft, and secure premises during closing.
  7. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness standards, clean floors, walls, counters, and restrooms.
  8. Occupational Health & Safety: Perform duties safely, comply with safety policies, report unsafe conditions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Physically capable of standing for long hours.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must pass background check.
