Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a reliable Bun Prep to support daily kitchen operations by operating bun and dessert dumpling machinery, loading steamers, packing, sealing and labeling finished products to Din Tai Fung standards.

You will perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure every item meets our strict consistency and presentation benchmarks while maintaining cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operate bun and dessert dumpling machinery.
• Perform quality checks to ensure presentation.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Keep bun prep areas clean and sanitized.
• Load/unload steamers and pack/seal finished products.
• Label items according to health regulations and SOPs.
• Assist with deep cleaning and safe handling of chemicals.
