The role includes training through a dedicated program, with potential transition into the Dumpling Prep position after completion. No prior dumpling experience is required, and a strong willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Dumpling experience is not required.
• Experience in prep with dough (pastry, pizza, etc.) is a plus.
• Open Availability.
• Eager to learn and accept challenge.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, fold, and steam dumplings from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized dumpling room; label items per procedures and regulations.
• Participate in monthly staff and dumpling meetings during development.
• Support kitchen team and guest experience in a show kitchen environment.
