Responsibilities

• Prepare, measure, and cut dough.
• Roll dumpling/bun skins.
• Stuff, seal, and arrange dumplings in steamer.
• Steam dumplings/buns and maintain clean work space.
• Label items per SOPs and attend monthly staff meetings.
