Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bun and dessert dumpling machinery.
• Load and unload steamers; pack, seal, and label finished products.
• Perform quality control to ensure consistency and presentation.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitized; assist with deep cleaning.
