Airgas, Inc. in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a Bulk Sales Support Specialist to join our Midwest Bulk Gas team.

You will collaborate across sales, operations, and project management to ensure accurate pricing, data integrity, and timely customer communications. This role emphasizes organized data gathering from ERP systems like SAP, PROS, BW, and Salesforce, and a focus on delivering an exemplary customer experience for our bulk gas customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business/finance management experience.
• 2+ years in bulk gas or energy industry preferred.
• Understanding of commercial operating and contracting principles.
• Strong analytical and data gathering capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, BW, PROS and Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Basic accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the collaborative oversight of commercial, operational, financial, and contractual aspects of bulk gas.
• Serve as a connector among sales, operations, and project management for Midwest Bulk Gas customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists to fulfill customer requests and communications.
• Maintain documents and databases including Salesforce, Bulk contract db, and Google Drive.
• Track installations, removals, and project costs with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Project Review Meetings to support billing and term management.
• Develop a central resource to manage installation data and billing dates.
• Gather data from SAP, PROS, BW to support teams.
• Maintain access to BI tools like Salesforce, Google Drive, and Power BI.
• Other duties as assigned.
