Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee the bulk foods department, including packing, stocking, pricing, and merchandising. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure daily operations meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling, and promoting a high level of customer service while maintaining clean, organized bulk areas and communicating policies to the team.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, stocking, and pricing.
• Lead and coach team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain inventory, rotate products, and manage schedules for maximum productivity.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and store standards.
