Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1–2 years in retail grocery and 1 year in leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledge of weekly ad items and directing customers to product locations.
• Ability to manage schedules and staffing levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods merchandising, packing, stocking, and pricing.
• Stock inventory, rotate products by code dates, and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure safety, health, W&M, and COOL compliance.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to the team.
• Provide high level of customer service and maintain clean Bulk area.
• Schedule and manage staffing; attend store meetings; participate in hiring decisions.
• Coach and develop team; conduct bi-annual performance reviews; address concerns.
