Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to lead the Bulk department, oversee packing, stocking, and pricing of bulk foods, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires directing team members, maintaining sanitation, and upholding safety standards in a fast-paced grocery environment.

The Bulk Manager will recruit, hire, and develop staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with Store Manager on performance and operations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to products; keep department clean.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods packing, pricing, and stocking.
• Maintain inventory, rotate products, and follow sanitation programs.
• Ensure safety compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
