Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager in Stockton, CA to oversee the bulk foods department, including packing, stocking, pricing, and customer service. You will lead a team, manage inventories, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards across the area.

The role requires 1–2 years in grocery retail with management experience, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a proactive approach to coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• 1–2 years in a retail grocery environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations; perform general housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods display, packaging, and pricing
• Manage inventory, rotate by code dates, and maintain sanitation standards
• Ensure safety, compliance, and training across the department
• Lead, coach, and review team performance; participate in bi-annual reviews
• Schedule staffing and maximize productivity
• Serve as a MOD or key carrier as needed
