Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to oversee the Bulk department, ensuring proper packing, stocking, pricing, and presentation of bulk foods. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service in a lively store environment.

The Bulk Manager will lead coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews, while collaborating with store leadership to meet safety, quality, and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of inventory, pricing, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Bulk department maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Manage inventory, rotate product by codes, and price bulk packages.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and train team, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Set schedules and staffing to maximize productivity and efficiency.
