Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to lead bulk foods operations, packaging, stocking, and presentation. You will drive merchandising, inventory control, and labeling accuracy while upholding safety standards and policy adherence.

Lead a team to deliver high-quality product and service, coach staff, and coordinate schedules to meet store goals. This role emphasizes customer-focused leadership in a busy grocery environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 1–2 years in a retail grocery environment
• 1 year of managerial leadership experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to read reports and meet financial goals

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Follow the bulk merchandising plan and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Order and maintain inventory; rotate products by code dates.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance (Weights & Measures, COOL).
• Communicate standards and policy changes to team members.
• Provide high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Prepare, package, present, and label bulk items clearly.
• Schedule staff and manage coverage for productivity goals.
