Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years old with 1–2 years in retail grocery and 1 year in a managerial role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory, merchandising, and store safety standards.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and conduct performance reviews.

Aufgaben

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking to standards.
• Lead and coach team members; manage scheduling and staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Reconcile inventory, price bulk items, and manage merchandising.
• Attend store meetings and assist with hiring decisions with the Store Manager.
