Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC is seeking a Bulk Manager to lead the Bulk department, overseeing maintenance, packing, and stocking of bulk foods. You will ensure proper packaging, pricing, inventory control, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with store leadership to meet customer needs and drive department performance. You will manage team staffing, scheduling, and performance, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean,

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations; perform housekeeping in the department.
• Working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with team members and customers.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Follow merchandising Bulk plan; package and price bulk items clearly.
• Order and maintain inventory; rotate products by code dates; sanitize area.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, Weights & Measures, and COOL regulations.
• Coach and develop team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and staffing.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Serve as Key Carrier or MOD as needed.
