Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Bulk Manager to lead the bulk foods department, focusing on maintenance, packing, stocking, pricing, and customer service. You will implement the merchandising plan, manage inventory, rotate items by dates, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the department.

You will coach team members, handle scheduling, and collaborate with Store Manager on hiring and performance reviews, while delivering outstanding service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail grocery experience with 1 year in managerial leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of weekly ads and directing product location across the store.
• Ability to review personnel reports, margins, and weekly sales figures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee bulk food maintenance, packing, stocking, and pricing to ensure quality.
• Follow bulk merchandising plan, supervise packaging, filling bulk bins, and pricing.
• Order inventory, rotate items by code dates, and maintain sanitation.
• Ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance for the department.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to team members; coach performers.
• Provide high levels of customer service and maintain a clean, organized bulk area.
• Manage scheduling and staffing, participate in in-store meetings, and assist with promotions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on hiring decisions and performance reviews.
