The role requires 1–2 years retail grocery experience with at least 1 year of managerial leadership, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment and 1 year of managerial leadership experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Know weekly ad items and direct customers to product locations; perform general housekeeping in the department.
• Possess knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bulk foods, from packing to stocking and merchandising.
• Follow the Bulk plan and ensure accurate packaging and pricing.
• Manage inventory, rotate products, and maintain sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, Weights & Measures, and COOL regulations.
• Lead coaching and performance reviews for team members.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity.
• Lead and participate in in-store meetings; support the Store Manager.
