Sprouts Farmers Market in Marlton, NJ seeks a Bulk Manager to oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking. You will lead a team, ensure accurate packaging and pricing, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include inventory orders, code-date rotation, sanitation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role emphasizes coaching staff, scheduling, and promoting a positive shopping experience.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 1–2 years in retail grocery with 1 year in a managerial role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports and weekly sales figures.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude toward team members and customers.
• Physical capability to move 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bulk foods maintenance, packing, and stocking.
• Follow merchandising Bulk plan; label, price, fill bulk bins and packages.
• Order inventory, rotate by code dates, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Ensure safety, health, and compliance with regulations.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend store meetings; recruit and promote in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Schedule staff and manage workflow to maximize productivity.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality product and customer experience.
