Airgas, a leading US supplier of industrial gases, seeks a Bulk Gas Sales Specialist in Vancouver, WA to discover and grow bulk gas opportunities. The role focuses on nurturing accounts, presenting thoughtful proposals for bulk gases and cryogenic equipment, and supporting the sales team with market insights.

The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 with 20% commission, auto allowance, and comprehensive family benefits. Regular weekday hours apply, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree is welcomed and preferred.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience performing outside sales of industrial gases.
• Familiar with Google platform-based environment.
• Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record.
• Regional travel required; minimal overnight at times.

Responsibilities

• Discover and nurture new bulk gas opportunities and support existing bulk gas accounts.
• Develop thoughtful proposals for bulk gases, cryogenic equipment, and related offerings.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to provide sales insights to the Airgas sales team.
• Promote Airgas bulk and microbulk systems to customers and sales teams.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and guide opportunities to completion.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to grow targeted bulk gas business.
• Provide input to enhance literature and sales presentations.
