Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations or related field, or equivalent experience
• Equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning for large-scale operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site management and leader of a Bulk Distribution Center (BDC)
• Execute daily, weekly and annual operations plans to meet distribution center, XDT and store service requirements
• Recruit, train, and manage up to a 250-person workforce across multiple shifts
• Assist associates with HR-related issues including attendance, pay, benefits and I-9 verification
• Develop and implement associate training programs and measure effectiveness
• Monitor staffing against daily demand and adjust as needed
• Communicate with Operations Managers and Supervisors on objectives, safety, issues and demand
• Drive performance, safety, and budget targets through leadership and coaching
• Build cross-functional relationships and delegate tasks to ensure accountability
• Align team efforts and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and business needs
• Ensure safety policies are followed and work areas are organized and efficient
• Identify and act on productivity improvements and root causes of product loss
